Residential Annual Preventative Maintenance Agreement

Basic Plan $130.00

Fall Check-up


  • Inspect flues, pipes, and inducer
  • Check heat exchanger
  • Check valves, wiring, thermocouple, igniter, and air filter
  • Inspect blower (alignment and cleanliness)
  • Clean and inspect pilot and all controls
  • Check for proper operation
  • Check for carbon monoxide
Air Handler/Electric
  • Check, clean, and lubricate motor
  • Inspect thermostat and sequencers
  • Inspect all electrical controls, connections, air filter, and heating elements
  • Check defrost controls, condenser fan motor, refrigerant charge, and defrost cycle
  • Check indoor and outdoor coils (cleanliness)
Spring Check-up

  • Inspect evaporator coil
  • Check air filter
  • Flush drain and check drain pan
  • Check condenser coil
  • Check electric connections
  • Check all parts for wear
  • Check amp draw of condenser and fan motor
  • Check indoor blower motor (alignment and cleanliness)
  • Lubricate motor as needed
  • Check refrigerant charge level
  • Check thermostat

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION: We will provide a qualified technician for one spring and one fall inspection of your air conditioning and heating system for proper operation and the best possible condition for the cooling or heating season.

PRIORITY SERVICE: Plan holders will receive priority service on emergency service repairs over non plan holders.
